This week's Players of the Week honors go to: Michigan senior forward Kevin Porter (Offensive), Notre Dame sophomore defenseman Kyle Lawson (Defensive), Michigan junior goaltender Billy Sauer (Goaltender) and Michigan freshman forward Max Pacioretty (Rookie).

Offensive

Kevin Porter, UM

Porter (4-2-6, +4) had two goals and an assist each night to lead the Wolverines to a road sweep at LSSU by scores of 5-1 and 6-2.

Defenseman

Kyle Lawson, ND
So., (New Hudson, MI)
Lawson (0-2-2, +2) keyed an Irish defense that allowed just 23 shots against in a two-game sweep of WMU and was a perfect seven-for-seven on the penalty kill.

Goaltender

Billy Sauer, UM
Jr., (Walworth, NY)
Sauer blocked 58-of-61 shots (.951), including 34 on Saturday for second-star honors, as Michigan posted a pair of road wins over Lake Superior State.

Rookie

Max Pacioretty, UM
F (New Canaan, CT)
Pacioretty (1-3-4, +3) extended his assist streak to eight games with helpers each night as Michigan posted a road sweep over LSSU.
