Ryan Jones, MIA

Jones (4-2-6, +2) was first star of Friday's 9-2 victory over NMU with 4-1-5 on six shots. He also assisted on the game-tying goal in Saturday's 3-2 win against the Wildcats.
Defenseman

Daniel Vukovic, MSU

Vukovic (2-3-5, +1) had a hand in five of MSU's six goals, including an assist on the game-winner Friday and the game-winning goal Saturday, while anchoring a Spartan defense that allowed just two goals in a sweep at Alaska.
Goaltender

Jeff Lerg, MSU
Jr., (Livonia, MI)
Lerg, making his school-record 61st and 62nd consecutive starts in net for MSU, blocked 47-of-49 shots (.959) as the Spartans recorded two 3-1 victories at Alaska.
Rookie

Chad Langlais, UM
D (Spokane, WA)
Langlais (0-4-4, E) posted a pair of assists in each Michigan victory at Nebraska-Omaha, including the game-winner in Friday's 6-3 win against the Mavericks.
