Oystrick, who was the first star on Saturday and named the third star on Friday, helped NMU penalty killers record a perfect 16-for-16 mark in a sweep of Lake Superior State.

Goaltender of the Week

Bellissimo blocked 73-of-78 shots (.936) and his save count was in double digits in all six periods, in the Broncos home-ice sweep of Ohio State.

Rookie of the Week

Jordan Pearce, ND

Pearce stopped all 27 shots and helped kill all nine power-play chances the Irish faced, including a two-man advantage for 1:48, as the Irish snapped their school-record 22-game winless streak.
