This week's Players of the Week honors go to: Northern Michigan junior forward Mike Santorelli (Offensive), Northern Michigan senior defenseman Zach Tarkir (Defensive), Michigan State sophomore goaltender Jeff Lerg (Goaltender) and Nebraska-Omaha goalie Jeremie Dupont (Rookie).

Offensive

Mike Santorelli, NMU

Santorelli (3-3-6, +4) had a goal and two assists each night as the Wildcats posted a pair of 4-1 victories over Bowling Green for their first sweep of the season.

Defenseman

Zach Tarkir, NMU
Sr., (Fresno, CA)

Tarkir (2-2-4, +4) had a goal and an assist each night against BGSU while helping the Wildcats kill off 16-of-17 shorthanded situations on the weekend.

Goaltender

Jeff Lerg, MSU
So., (Livonia, MI)

Lerg blocked 54-of-56 shots (.964) in a sweep of LSSU, including 27 on Saturday for his third shutout of the season and sixth of his career.

Rookie

Jeremie Dupont, UNO
G, (Richmond Hill, ON)

Dupont stopped 49-of-53 shots (.942) in a weekend split at Ferris State, with 28 in Friday's 3-1 win and 21 in a Saturday relief appearance.
