This week's Players of the Week honors go to: Michigan senior forward Chad Kolarik (Offensive), Lake Superior sophomore defenseman Simon Gysbers (Defensive), Michigan State junior goaltender Jeff Lerg (Goaltender) and Miami freshman forward Carter Camper (Rookie).

Offensive

Chad Kolarik, UM
Sr., F (Abington, PA)

Kolarik (5-2-7, +3) followed up Friday's 1-2-3 performance with a four-goal night as the Wolverines swept WMU, 6-1 and 5-1 in a home-and-home series.

Defenseman

Simon Gysbers, LSSU
So., (Richmond Hill, ON)

Gysbers had a goal and three assists to lead the Lakers to their first conference win of the season, 4-1 over BGSU. He also blocked five shots on the weekend.

Goaltender

Jeff Lerg MSU
Jr., (Livonia, MI)

Lerg blocked 64-of-66 shots (.970), including eight in overtime on Sunday, and was first star of both games as the Spartans beat and tied Notre Dame.

Rookie

Carter Camper, MIA
F, (Rocky River, OH)

Camper (2-1-3, +3) had a goal and an assist in Friday's 6-3 victory at UNO and scored again in Saturday's 4-1 victory over the Mavericks.
